Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Wordknight Mega Tournament Contest is open to only paying participants on the Wordknight platform. To participate is $5 or 5 Espees or ₦8750.00. This payment is to be made by purchasing 40 Rubies minimum from the Wallet tab. Please note that even if you previously had Rubies in your Wordknght Wallet, you would still need to purchase the 40 Rubies for participation in the tournament.

2. Referral Bonus: To earn from the by referring friends to participate in the weekend tournament. Friends are to have used your referral code and they are also to participate in the same tournament.

3. Requirements:

a. Minimum Referrals: Participants must refer a minimum of 100 friends to be eligible.

b. Tournament Participation: At least 60% of referred friends must participate in the weekend tournament.

c. Ruby Purchase: The participant and at least 60% of their referrals should have purchased a minimum of 40 rubies each from their wallet tab or earned rubies from game play and coin conversion.

NOTE: Purchasing Rubies from the Wallet tab increases your chances of being shortlisted as a winner.

d. Wordknight App: The participants must join the tournament with the latest update of the Wordknight app.

e. Internet connection: Participants should confirm a stable Internet connection before entering the tournament.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be determined based on the number of referrals and the number of referred candidates who participate in the tournament.

NOTE: Participants who purchased rubies will be given preference over the participants who earned rubies from game play.

5. Rule Modifications: Wordknight reserves the right to modify the rules and requirements without prior notice.

6. Disqualification: Wordknight may disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.

7. Rewards: We have a prize pool of $2000

8. Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and shall apply to the Weekend Contest held for the price of 200 ESPEES on the Wordknight platform.

9. Disclaimer:

a. Rubies lost will not be refunded in a situation where the participant leaves the tournament.

b. Rubies lost because of poor Internet connection will not be refunded.

c. Wordknight will not restore any progress lost or rubies spent when glitches or bugs arise during the tournament as a result of participating with an outdated apk.

By participating in the Weekend Contest for the price of 200 ESPEES, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Wordknight reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
